Having a lazy day :)

So today i had a "lazy day".
A lazy day involves sleeping in till late, getting showered and dressed late then maybe going out to do something fun at night.
Well i went out to nando's, then to see Shrek 4 and finally went out for pancakes with my mum and sister.

5 random facts :)

Hey guys,

Again i've been absent. I have really been trying to concentrate on school work lately and havn't goten around to doing a post so i thought i would do a 5 randm facts post for you all.

Fact number 1.
I was not born in Australia. My country of origin is infact Malaysia. My parents and brother lived there for 4 years, i only lived there untill i was about 1 and a half. No one else in y family was born there. My older brother was born in Australia as was my younger sister.


Fact number 2.
I do art class and absoloutly love it. I am definantly not saying i am th best artist around but i have picked up enough skills to know what i'm doing. This is a picture i drew for my cousin alexandra.

Fact number 3.
I am the worst shopper in the history of the world. Whenever i shop i get self conscious and tend o shy away from clothes i love in fear of looking like a fool. What i need is a really good second opinion for me to buy something because i dont want to waste money.


Fact number 4.
I have a habit to cry in everything. I swear i am the most annoying person ever. If i go to the movies i will ball, no actually not ball, scream. I find absoloutly everything morbid or depressing. And even when it comes to books i find myself tearing up. It can get really embarrassing. I even cried in an episode of desperate housewives, i know its bad.




Fact number 5.
I do not shutup ever. Sometimes i find that people hold there hand over my mouth. I have an oppinion for absoloutly everything and am not shy to share it. I swear sometimes my mouth needs to be taped over.

Heeeeeeeeeeeey!
long time no talk.




Well i havnt really been that busy (sorry), but have been kind of slack. So i thought id share what i've been doing lately.

Monday i went to the city with school for city journey. What a disaster that was. We had to split up into groups and go around the Melbourne area answering as much questions in our booklets as possible. Well, my group was suposed to go to banana alley. Our teachers drew on our map to show us where to go, what tram to take ect. Not only did my group miss it's stop, we ended up 6 km away from the city. We had to walk from punt road in Richmond, back to Federation square and boy were we exauhsted. That mixed with alot of confusing phone calls with our teacher we managed to walk back to federation square so they could point us in the right direction.
After that we got to banana alley, couldnt find the arcades so we went to McDonalds then back to melbourne central for some shopping. I bought a delicious cupcake, lip tint from sportsgirl for $2.05!! and a super comfy, er bra :).

The few days afterwoods i had school. Tuesday i didnt really do anything. Wednseday i managed to design some more chair for my viscomm asignment. Thursday i had a math test on pythag. And yesterday i did the beep test in sport (i got a shocking 5.6, my highest is 10.1 Fail!!!)

Ive also read a couple of good books, played with some new makeup and written a bit more of the story im working on.

Reviews on the books will be coming soon, maybe a collective haul too. I would like to finishy this post by aying how iexcited i am to be babysitting for the first time tonight! Their my art teachers boys and completely gorgeous <3

Procrastination.

I have no idea how you spell it but procrastonation is one of weak spots.

Like right now im supposed to looking up the history of cars, an essay on why you should learn german and my brief for a viscomm assignment.

Insted i have uploaded photo's to facebook, read some more of Fallen and gone blog hunting.

Why do i do it?
Well for starters im just slack and the idea of homework drives me insane. But even at school if i have trouble doing a task i give up for that lesson. I know its stupid and i know that im perfectly capable to do the tasks (im not stupid). I even got awarded a high acheivers badge and folder for being in the top 10 of year nine (one of the things that apperantly sets us apart from the rest is our ability to stay on task, i laughed).

But what i really want to know is that is procrastination okay? do you do it? and why?

i will finish up with a picture of me and my friend kelly at school.

NAPLAN tests :(

Well hello out there :)

(ive always wanted to say that)

Im currently preparing for my NAPLAN tests which i will take next tuesday, wednesday and thruday next week.

NAPLAN tests are tests that happen all over australia from 3rd grade, then 5th, then 7th and finally 9th. They test you on Math (there is a calculator one too for 7 & 9 graders), Grammar and Spelling, Reading and finally Writing.

I did a practise spelling and grammar test yesterday (i got 36 out of 54 :/) and then today i did my practise writing test where they give you a theme and you have to write a story off that theme. Well my theme today was "The Box" where our story had to be about, well, a box. I chose to do mine by my best friend dieing in the story and "The Box" was all she left me. While correcting my story my friend actually teared up so thats a good sign.

Overall i think my reading and writing tests will be the best, since i have always excelled in both. Then will be Spelling and Grammar and finally the 2 math ones.

So if i am MIA next week you know why.

The best snack one could hope for :)

Hey my darlings.

well i have to admit to you how much i hate the taste of sandwhiches. I just do not like dry bread with a boring filling.

Well today is my mums 46th birthday and to let her celebrate, she can sit down and relax the whole day. So my mum and i are on the couch watching Coco Avant Chanel (a really good movie) when she gets up to make some food. She then comes back with a sandwhich of rye bread, and a pepper mixture she fried up. The smell of her food made my poor tummy rumble so i got up and made myself a sandwhich also.

And it was the best tasting sandwhich i have ever made.
it was made of rye bread, ham and swiss cheese. So how can a ham and cheese sandwhich taste so good? well i put it under the grill of course. It melted the chesses and the ham together, warmed the bread and made it taste completely different.
it was perfect for such a cold day.

seriously everyone, you need to make one of these sandwhiches now!
